2020年4月15日，我院教师朱军超在《Tribology International》上合作发表论文：《Effects of oil film thickness and viscosity on the performanceof misaligned journal bearings with couple stress lubricants》（IF：3.517）
This paper studied lubrication performances of misaligned journal bearing with couple stress lubricants considering film thickness and viscosity. Based on couple stress fluid theory, the modified Reynolds equation for couple stress fluids considering viscosity-pressure effect was developed. By setting the critical oil film thickness, oil film region with couple stress effect can be recognized. The ratio of the critical oil film thickness to the couple stress parameter was simply referred to as the film thickness coefficient. According to the results, when film thickness coefficient is smaller than 4, the maximum film pressure and loading area significantly increased while attitude angle decreased with the increase in film thickness coefficient. The raised amplitude of viscosity is large with the increase in couple stress parameter, especially in high values of misalignment angle.
